Bionomics
Very little is known about the bionomics of Udaya.
Larvae of Ud. argyrurus and
Ud. subsimilis have been collected from bamboo. Occasional females
of Ud. argyrurus have been captured in
catches of biting flies. Medical Importance
Udaya species are of no medical or economic
importance to humans.
